Anyway, I'm relieved to hear a reinstall will likely solve nothing. From what I've read, reinstalling is a royal pain--unlike the good old days where you could just "Uninstall" and then "Reinstall". There are no add-ins for Quizlet. I've been unable to delete the POP profile.

I can't find a way to do it. I'm using Thunderbird at the moment, which is simple and robust. It's also much faster than Outlook ever was. Outlook seems to have a lot of bloatware. I'm going to take a shot at contacting Quizlet to see if they know what's going on. Giving up on Outlook is a last resort.

There seems to be a trend toward three possible responses to Microsoft software-related queries anymore; none, an answer to a different question, a wrong answer. When they stop supporting Windows 7 I'll be off to Ubuntu.
